How do I choose the right lighting for my space?

Consider your room size, ceiling height, intended use and preferred style. Each Veloria product page includes details to help you compare options.

Are your lights suitable for UK installation?

Electrical compatibility varies by product. Please review voltage, fittings and certification information before purchase. Hardwired lighting should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Are bulbs included with the lights?

Bulb inclusion depends on the individual product. Please check the product description and specifications before ordering.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information is provided after dispatch when available. If you need assistance, please contact our support team.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs so we can review the next steps.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for current eligibility, timeframes and instructions.
